With an elevation of 254 meters, it is part of the Sa Bastida estate and is designated as an area of special natural interest. Various conservation efforts are carried out in this area to protect both its natural environment and historical heritage.The geological characteristics of this mountain are distinct compared to other surrounding areas, as it features a layer from the Upper Eocene covered by a thick deposit of parareef calcareous sediments. These formations, linked to reefs or nearby environments, show sedimentological features that can also be identified in other locations such as Bonany and Randa.
